The company officially joined the International Bromine Industry Association

On May 25, 2023, Mr. Michael Hark, Secretary General of the International Bromide Industry Association, accompanied by Du Haiying, Secretary General of the China region, visited the company for inspection. Wang Xiaofeng, President of the China Inorganic Salt Industry Association, Yang Chunbin, Chairman of the Company, and Sun Tongjiang, General Manager, attended the symposium.

The Chairman of the company, Yang Chunbin, warmly welcomed the visit of the International Bromine Industry Association and provided a detailed introduction to the company's product production capacity, technological research and development capabilities, and overseas base construction. He demonstrated the position and strength of Haiwang in the bromine and bromine based flame retardant industry and expressed his willingness to join the association. Wang Xiaofeng, President of the China Inorganic Salt Industry Association, pointed out during the discussion that Haiwang is the chairman unit of the Bromine, Iodine and Its Compounds Branch of the China Inorganic Salt Industry Association, and has made great contributions in leading the industry's innovative development in recent years. Haiwang is a socially responsible enterprise, a benchmark enterprise in the domestic bromine chemical industry, and a leader in the domestic bromine flame retardant industry. The enterprise is at the forefront of the industry in terms of production technology, safety, energy conservation, environmental protection, intelligence, and internationalization, and is a role model for the industry to learn from. He stated that in recent years, China has made significant progress in the development of bromine and bromine based flame retardants, and their proportion in the international bromine industry is increasing; At present, there are no Chinese members in BSEF.        On June 6, 2023, the company officially joined the International Bromine Industry Federation (BSEF) and became the only member company of the organization in China through a vote at the 7th General Assembly of the International Bromine Industry Federation. Joining the International Bromine Industry Association is a milestone for the development of the company and even the bromine industry in China. It marks the international recognition of the development of China's bromine industry, which will effectively promote exchanges and cooperation between China's bromine industry and the international community, and achieve better development. After joining the association, the company will abide by the association's articles of association, implement association resolutions, fulfill member obligations, and strive to complete the tasks entrusted by the association. Strengthen the popularization of scientific knowledge about bromine, participate in the formulation of industry development policies, promote the research and development of bromine and related products, and promote the stable, healthy, and sustainable development of the bromine industry.
